York midfielder Dave van den Bergh will undergo surgery Friday to repair a sports hernia and is likely to miss 2-3 weeks, the club announced Tuesday. Van den Bergh is second on the team in goals with six and recently scored the game-winner in New Yorks come-from-behind 2-1 win against Real Salt Lake.
